- Decide them
1 leave request you can decide
Nobody further up can clear these for you. A request left pending is somebody who has not booked a flight yet.
- Clear the blockers
1 hire cannot work on their first morning
A step marked before day 1 is outstanding. How far through the checklist they are does not matter; which step is missing does.
- Check before posting
1 payroll draft is ready to check
A draft recomputes on every read. Posting freezes it, and after that a correction is a signed adjustment on the next run rather than an edit to a payslip somebody has already filed.
- Work through them
35 attendance faults in the last 7 days
A day nobody clocked out of pays nothing until somebody fixes it, and it is only fixable while the day is still remembered.
Pending, visible to you, and not yours to decide. Each row says who it is with.
